Terms & Conditions for Prepaid Treatment Packages

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the purchase and use of prepaid treatment packages (“Package(s)”) at VIDASKIN Aesthetics Pte. Ltd. (“VIDASKIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Validity & Expiry

1.1. Packages must be utilised within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused treatments or services will expire after this period, and we shall be under no obligation to extend or refund them.

1.2. Extensions may be granted at our sole discretion, subject to terms and conditions that we deem appropriate.

2. Non-Transferability

2.1. Packages are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.

2.2. In exceptional cases, we may allow a transfer at our sole discretion and under specific terms as determined by us.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

3.1. Appointments booked under a Package must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

3.2. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the treatment being deducted from the Package as if it had been utilized.

3.3. We reserve the right to waive this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Our liability for any treatments or services provided under a Package is strictly limited to the amount paid for the Package.

4.2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of a Package, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Treatment Results & Expectations

5.1. While our treatments and services are designed to improve various skin and aesthetic concerns, results may vary between individuals.

5.2. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that you will achieve a specific outcome from any treatment or service.

5.3. You acknowledge that the effectiveness of any treatment is subjective and influenced by individual skin conditions, lifestyle factors, and adherence to post-treatment care guidelines.

6. Risks & Informed Consent

6.1. You acknowledge that all treatments and services carry inherent risks, which have been explained to you in sufficient detail.

6.2. You confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarifications, and have received satisfactory responses before proceeding with any treatment.

7. No Warranties

7.1. Our treatments, services, and Packages are provided without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1. By purchasing a Package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9. Non-Disparagement Clause

9.1. You agree not to disparage VIDASKIN, its treatments, services, business model, team members, or affiliates under any circumstances.

9.2. “Disparage” refers to any form of negative comments, criticism, or misleading statements about VIDASKIN, whether publicly or privately, in any medium.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

10.1. VIDASKIN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or consent.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

11.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

11.3. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, appointed by the chairman of the SIAC, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
