Dr Vicki Leong is a Singapore-based medical aesthetic doctor, physician trainer and the Founder and Medical Director of VIDASKIN Medical Aesthetic Clinic. She has extensive experience in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, medical injectables, energy-based skin treatments and evidence-based approaches to healthy ageing.
She founded VIDASKIN in 2015 with a clear conviction: aesthetic medicine should be practised with the same rigour, restraint and intellectual honesty expected of every other medical discipline. Her clinical approach is grounded in facial anatomy, careful patient selection and individualised treatment planning, with an emphasis on natural-looking results that preserve each patient’s identity.
Medical Qualifications and Training
Dr Vicki graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
She subsequently completed postgraduate training in internal medicine and is a Member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom.
Her additional postgraduate qualifications include the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore and the Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University.
This broad medical background informs the way she practises aesthetic medicine. Rather than treating an isolated line, feature or skin concern, Dr Vicki considers the patient’s anatomy, skin health, medical history, stage of ageing and wider health factors before recommending treatment.
Dr Vicki is an established aesthetic medicine trainer and key opinion leader who is regularly invited to educate other doctors in Singapore and internationally.
She is a trainer and key opinion leader for Allergan Aesthetics, with expertise in the Juvéderm® range of hyaluronic acid fillers and HArmonyCa™. Her educational work includes facial assessment, anatomy, treatment planning, injection technique and the safe and appropriate use of medical aesthetic injectables.
In 2019, internationally renowned Brazilian plastic surgeon Dr Mauricio de Maio personally selected Dr Vicki as his mentee. She continues to teach treatment planning concepts informed by the MD Codes™ approach, while adapting every treatment to the anatomy, needs and preferences of the individual patient.
Dr Vicki is also a trainer and key opinion leader for Merz Aesthetics. She trains fellow doctors in best-practice protocols for Ultherapy PRIME®, including patient assessment, real-time ultrasound visualisation, treatment planning and safe, layer-specific energy delivery.
She was part of the regional medical faculty involved in the launch of Ultherapy PRIME® in South Korea in 2025, contributing her clinical experience to the introduction of the next generation of microfocused ultrasound with real-time imaging.
Her involvement with Ultherapy began well before the launch of Ultherapy PRIME®. In 2018, she was invited to participate in the international Ultherapy SEE–PLAN–TREAT expert consensus meeting in Monaco, where physicians from different countries discussed and refined protocols for assessment, visualisation, planning and treatment delivery.

Having been among the early adopters of Thermage FLX in Singapore, Dr Vicki is also invited to speak on its clinical applications, treatment planning and treatment protocols.
Her experience across injectables, ultrasound, radiofrequency, lasers and medical skincare allows her to recommend treatments according to the anatomical layer and clinical concern being treated, rather than relying on a single device or treatment modality.
Dr Vicki is a trainer and key opinion leader for SkinCeuticals. She participates in physician education and practice-based clinical research examining how evidence-based skincare can be used alone or combined with aesthetic procedures to improve skin quality and treatment outcomes.
Her research interests include the objective assessment of changes in pigmentation, texture, hydration, collagen-related skin quality and other visible signs of skin ageing. Where appropriate, she incorporates standardised photography and skin-imaging systems to document and evaluate treatment outcomes.
Dr Vicki is also a speaker and medical educator for BTL Aesthetics across its range of face, body, muscle and intimate-wellness technologies. These include technologies within the EMFACE®, EMSCULPT NEO®, EMSELLA®, EXION® and EXILIS® portfolios.
She works with mesoestetic as a trainer and key opinion leader, with a particular interest in the medical management of pigmentation and the appropriate use of professional depigmentation systems, including cosmelan® and dermamelan®.
Across all of these professional appointments, Dr Vicki’s role extends beyond speaking about individual products or technologies. She is entrusted with training other medical professionals, contributing to clinical discussions and promoting appropriate patient selection, sound treatment planning, safe technique and responsible treatment delivery.
Dr Vicki is now extending her work into healthy longevity and the science of ageing. She is undertaking postgraduate studies in Healthy Longevity through the National University of Singapore as part of its pioneering postgraduate pathway in this emerging medical field.
Her interest lies in connecting aesthetic medicine with a broader and more medically grounded understanding of healthy ageing. This includes considering how skin and hair health may be influenced by inflammation, hormonal change, metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, stress, muscle health and other aspects of physical and psychological wellbeing.
At VIDASKIN, this perspective is informing a more holistic approach to concerns such as skin ageing, pigmentation, inflammation, hair loss, body composition and the changes associated with perimenopause and later life.
Dr Vicki believes that aesthetic medicine should not exist separately from the rest of medicine. A patient seeking treatment for hair loss, changing skin quality or accelerated ageing may also require assessment for an underlying medical condition, nutritional deficiency, hormonal change or lifestyle factor.
Dr Vicki believes that aesthetic treatments should be recommended because they are medically appropriate for the patient—not simply because they are new or popular.
